Departure and return dates and times
– We will be meeting at the Scout Hut on Sunday July 10th at 9:00 AM to depart for camp.
– We will be returning on Saturday July 17th at around noon. This time can change due to the backlog of Troops trying to checkout from camp. Our return time could vary by as much as two hours either way depending on backlog and traffic, so each Scout needs to have a phone number to call while in transit to confirm our arrival time. The ceremony will last until approximately 9:30 PM. The Troop will be eating at our campsite this night prior to the campfire and visitors are welcome to join us. I will need to know if you’re planning to attend visitor night and if you plan to eat with us, how many will be attending. Last year the cost per visitor for the meal was $5.00 per person. Please let me know on Sunday when we depart if you’re planning to attend.
